The terms governing your use of the Eventscope platform
Last updated: February 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eventscope online networking platform ("the Platform"), operated by New Era Digital Consultants Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
Eventscope provides online networking services for event attendees. The Platform allows participants to browse attendee lists, send messages to other participants, and access event-related content such as presentations and posters. Each event has its own private, branded networking space.
Access to the Platform is provided to registered attendees of specific events. You will receive login credentials (typically a magic link sent to your email address or a PIN code) from the event organiser or directly from us.
You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
All content, design, branding, software, and technology comprising the Platform is owned by or licensed to New Era Digital Consultants Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Event-specific branding, logos, and content (such as presentations and posters) remain the property of the respective event organisers or content creators.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform enables private messaging between event attendees. Messages are delivered through the Platform to protect participants' email addresses and contact details.
We do not actively monitor the content of messages between attendees. However, we reserve the right to investigate and take action (including removing content or suspending accounts) if we receive reports of misuse or behaviour that violates these Terms.
Event organisers and speakers may upload presentations, documents, and other content to the Platform. This content is made available to attendees of the relevant event only.
You agree not to redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content accessed through the Platform without the express permission of the content owner.
We aim to keep the Platform available and operational at all times during your event. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
For technical support, contact us at support@eventscope.co.uk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
If you are an event organiser using the Platform:
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
